We are proud to announce our technology’s integration with Reinhardt Software’s System 5

With Skybox, CPHSE has developed the first fully automated system to categorize chartering mails. The system can determine if a mail contains a vessel position, a cargo order or any other information. It even reads out the specific positions and orders letting you search within this information in Skybox.

„System 5“, the complete “Messaging and Shipping” solution by Reinhardt Software (including Vessels Database, Position List, Voyage Estimator, Laytime Calculation and more), now directly allows you to utilize the Skybox results.

Seamless Integration

By using the System 5 message rules, you simply define which messages are to be checked by Skybox. The returned result can be used in various ways within System 5.

As an example, a user could set up Message Journals with “Positions Far East” or “Cargos Atlantic”.  Or a split into three journals (“Position Emails”, “Cargo Emails” and “the Rest”) would be possible.

In addition, the results can be used for much easier and simple updating of the System 5 Vessels Database.

Alternatively, you can of course always access the same results within the web based Skybox Application, anytime from anywhere.
